I believe this product would be a wonderful tool for any one who either rents or owns their home.  None of us expect to have a tragic loss - but unfortunately, sometimes we do.  The loss is the first part of the nightmare.  The second part is having to restore your home and belongings back to what you had to begin with.  Using this tool would ease the pain of having to not only remember what you have, but prove that you had it.  This organizer is succinct and compact - I highly recommend its use.
